Ergo Education launched in 2023 to provide a platform that combines expertise and efficiency without compromising quality. The founders individually had careers in Education and Finance and are also parents who are familiar with the European, American and British educational system. Ergo is committed to merging a passion for education, efficiency and the science behind optimal learning.

Susan Lowndes Marques is a qualified teacher and English major that brings over 10 years of teaching experience in London state schools including Thomas Jones and Bousfield. She worked in academia as a junior lecturer at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and through research at Kings College London. She set up and ran an attainment raising education programme for the Rugby Portobello Trust including an AI enabled online tutoring response to Covid. Outside of work and family, she volunteers and fundraises for several non-profits.

Shivani Johnsson has over 15 years experience in banking and wealth management in New York and London. She has been involved with start-ups as a founder and investor for over a decade. She is actively involved in educational charities including The Harrow Club and Princess Trust in the U.K.
